  • Modern Real Estate for real estate brokerage services

  • Pre-Approved Mortgage for mortgage lending services

Home Advising Partners maintains a business relationship with these companies and may receive referral compensation for successful introductions.

Clients are not required to use these referred providers. However, Home Advising Partners does not maintain referral relationships with other brokerages or lenders.

All brokerage and mortgage services are governed by separate agreements and disclosures provided directly by the respective companies.


6. Nebraska-Specific Compliance Notice

Home Advising Partners, LLC operates in compliance with applicable laws of the State of Nebraska. Home Advising Partners is not licensed as a real estate broker or salesperson in Nebraska and does not perform brokerage services as defined by the Nebraska Real Estate License Act.

Home Advising Partners does not act as an agent, fiduciary, or transaction party in real estate or mortgage transactions and does not participate in negotiation, contract preparation, or execution.
